• United 130 multi-national personnel into a successful team that directed all air operations by US and Allied air forces delivering life-saving air support to ground troops in Iraq and Afghanistan

• Built partnerships among multi-discipline team to start new organization in Colombia—wove 114 security, communications, maintenance, aircrew, fire department, and medical personnel to succeed in high-risk operations to locate Americans held hostage deep in the Colombian jungle

• Led site, traffic flow and parking planning for nine shows hosting in excess of 120 vehicles at each event—set and enforced driver, staff and customer safety standards to set perfect safety record—three time regional car show director leading teams planning all aspects of event operations
